When you cancel, all unused essay assessment credits in your packages will be returned to your account and issued payment reimbursement.

You can request a refund if you believe that an essay assessment was incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete.

In that case, you should:

• Contact the support/help desk and explain what went wrong with the assessment.

• Include your essay, the assessment result, and a short explanation of the issue.
