How do I actually start? What are the first steps?

5. After buying credits, choose a topic (your own or existing ones)

6. Write your essay, take a photo, and upload it

7. Wait for your assessment, podcast, and video lessons

When you cancel, all unused essay assessment credits in your packages will be returned to your account and issued payment reimbursement.

You can request a refund if you believe that an essay assessment was incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete.

In that case, you should:

• Contact the support/help desk and explain what went wrong with the assessment.

• Include your essay, the assessment result, and a short explanation of the issue.

The team will review your case, and if the problem is confirmed, they can issue a refund according to the policy.(issuing payment reimbursement)
